Connect MyInvois

Appoint Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd. as your intermediary in the MyInvois portal, fill in your e-invoice profile in Invoa, and test the connection.

Invoa submits e-invoices to LHDN's MyInvois system as your intermediary — a company you authorise in MyInvois to submit on your behalf. The intermediary is Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd., the company behind Invoa. You stay the supplier on every e-invoice.

LHDN requires you to make the appointment yourself in the MyInvois portal. It takes about five minutes, once per environment. Then you fill in your e-invoice profile in Invoa and test the connection.

Before you start

  • Your company's TIN, business registration number (BRN, the 12-digit SSM number) and MSIC code. See What you need before you start.
  • A login to the MyInvois portal that can act for your company, usually the director's MyTax login.
  • The Owner or Admin role in Invoa.

Step 1: Appoint Prigo X in the MyInvois portal

Open e-Invoice in Invoa. The Appoint Prigo X as your intermediary card shows the intermediary's name, TIN and BRN, and a link to the right portal. Keep it open; you will copy the TIN and BRN from there.

  1. Log in to the MyInvois portal with the company director's MyTax ID and switch to the company's taxpayer profile.
  2. Open Taxpayer Profile (top-right menu → View Taxpayer Profile) and scroll to Register Intermediary. Click Add Intermediary.
  3. Enter the intermediary's TIN and BRN exactly as shown in Invoa. The name Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd. fills in after the check.
  4. Tick the permissions Submit documents, Cancel documents and View documents. Request rejection is optional.
  5. Set Representation From to today and Representation To at least 12 months ahead.
  6. Click Save. Prigo X appears in the list with the status Active.

Important: An expired Representation To date is the most common reason submissions start failing months later. Note the date and extend it in the portal before it passes.

Step 2: Fill in your e-invoice profile

Still on the e-Invoice page, complete Company e-Invoice profile:

FieldWhat to enter
Company TINYour company's TIN from MyTax or MyInvois, for example C12345678900.
ID typeFixed to BRN. Companies and SSM-registered businesses use BRN.
Registration number (BRN)The 12-digit SSM number, for example 202301012345.
SST registration no.Leave empty if you are not SST-registered.
Tourism tax registration no.Hotels and tourism operators only.
MSIC code (business activity)Your 5-digit MSIC 2008 code. Type it or search the common codes; the description fills in.
EnvironmentSandbox to test, Production for real e-invoices. See below.
Document versionLeave on 1.0 — unsigned unless 1.1 — signed is available.
Default classification codeThe LHDN classification used when a line has none. Default is 022 (Others).

Then:

  1. Tick Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is appointed as our intermediary on MyInvois.
  2. Enter the Representation To (expiry) date you set in the portal.
  3. Click Save.

The TIN, BRN, SST number and MSIC code are the same details as in Settings → Company; changing them in either place updates both. Your company address (with state) and phone number come from Settings → Company and are also required.

The card shows Ready to submit when everything is in place. If it shows Incomplete, the Still needed: line lists what is missing.

Step 3: Test the connection

Click Test connection.

  • Connected to MyInvois means LHDN accepts Prigo X submitting for your TIN. You can now submit invoices — see Submit and cancel e-invoices.
  • Connection test failed with a message that LHDN refused the login usually means the appointment is missing, not yet active, missing a permission or past its Representation To date. Check step 1 in the portal, then test again.

Sandbox and production

LHDN runs two MyInvois systems, and the appointment is made separately in each.

SandboxProduction

Portal to appoint Prigo Xpreprod.myinvois.hasil.gov.mymyinvois.hasil.gov.my
SubmissionsGo to LHDN's pre-production systemGo to LHDN's live system

New companies start on Sandbox. Appoint Prigo X in the pre-production portal, test, and submit a test invoice if you like. When that works, appoint Prigo X in the production portal, switch Environment to Production, save, and click Test connection again.

The environment also applies to Find TIN lookups and to the submissions log, which shows the environment of each submission.

Note: Most real companies are not in the sandbox taxpayer registry, so TIN lookups in sandbox often find nothing. Switch to Production before relying on them.
