1. No physical shipping
Invoa is a software-as-a-service product provided online by Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd.. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and no shipping or delivery fees apply.
2. How the service is delivered
- Free plan and trial: available immediately after you create an account at invoa.io.
- Paid plans: switched on as soon as your payment is confirmed — immediately for online payments through CHIP, or when we confirm your bank transfer. We email you a confirmation.
- Invoices and receipts for your subscription are delivered by email and stay available in Invoa.
- Setup & e-Invoice onboarding: delivered remotely by video call and email. We schedule the kickoff within 5 working days of payment and complete the work within the timeline agreed in your quotation.
3. Where we serve
Invoa is offered to businesses in Malaysia and can be used anywhere with an internet connection. e-Invoicing features follow Malaysian LHDN requirements.
4. Delivery problems
If you have paid and your plan is not active, or you did not receive a confirmation, email hello@invoa.io with your payment reference. We resolve delivery problems within 1 working day. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
