What Invoa does
- One chain, one number series
Proposal, quotation, invoice, payment and receipt. Each step is made from the one before, so nothing is retyped and every document is numbered in order.
- LHDN e-invoicing built in
Submit to MyInvois from the invoice itself. Prigo X is the intermediary; you stay the supplier; the validated QR prints on the PDF.
- A pay page on every invoice
Customers pay by FPX, card, e-wallet or DuitNow through CHIP, or claim a bank transfer with proof. The receipt issues itself.
- Expenses and bank
Supplier bills read by AI, bank statements imported and reconciled, SST and profit and loss without a separate accounting system.
- Schedules and reminders
Milestones and monthly instalments invoice themselves on the dates you set; polite reminders go out when invoices fall due.
- Claude and ChatGPT
Connect an assistant and ask for a quotation in plain language. Nothing is issued, sent or submitted without your approval.
Why we built it
Prigo X builds software for Malaysian government agencies and companies. Like every small company here, we also had to quote, invoice, chase payments and, from 2024, work out e-invoicing.
The tools we tried kept the sales side and the money side apart, and none of them let us run the routine from the assistants we already work in. So we built the tool we wanted: one chain from proposal to receipt, LHDN submission built in, and a connector so Claude or ChatGPT can draft and, with approval, issue.
How we work
- Malaysia first
Ringgit, SST, LHDN, FPX, DuitNow and Malaysian document conventions are the defaults, not add-ons.
- Nothing issued without you
Drafts are free to change. Issuing, sending and submitting to LHDN always go through you, whether the request came from a colleague, a schedule or an assistant.
- Your data stays yours
Export everything at any time in formats your accountant can use. Issued documents are never silently altered; corrections are new documents.
- Plain pricing
Free for 20 invoices a month, RM39 to run the back office, RM79 to scale. Your accountant's seat is always free.
- We use it ourselves
Every Prigo X quotation, invoice and receipt has run on Invoa since October 2026. If something is annoying, we feel it first.
Who is behind it
Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 202601013522) is a Malaysia Digital status company in Cyberjaya that builds AI-driven systems and custom software. Invoa is its first product for every business rather than one client.

How Invoa handles e-invoicing
Under LHDN's e-Invoice Guideline v4.8, businesses with annual turnover of RM3 million or more must issue e-invoices; smaller businesses are exempt unless a related company crosses that line. Invoa submits either way. You appoint Prigo X Technologies once as your intermediary in the MyInvois portal, then submit each invoice from Invoa; your TIN stays the supplier and the validated QR code prints on the PDF.
