Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Invoa, the quote-to-cash software operated by Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd..

Effective 22 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Invoa (invoa.io and app.invoa.io) is operated by Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd., company registration no. 202601013522 ("Prigo X", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between us and the business or person that creates an Invoa account ("you", the "subscriber").

By creating an account, starting a trial or paying for a plan you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

Invoa is a business-to-business service. It is intended for companies, sole proprietors and professionals using it in the course of business.

2. The service

Invoa lets you prepare and issue proposals, quotations, proformas, delivery orders, invoices, receipts and credit, debit and refund notes; share hosted document and payment pages with your customers; record payments; send reminders; run billing schedules; submit e-invoices to LHDN MyInvois; record expenses and have bills read by AI; import and reconcile bank statements; view reports and insights; and connect Invoa to other software through our API, webhooks and AI-assistant connector.

Features available to you depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page. We may improve, change or retire features; we will not materially reduce a paid plan's core features during a period you have already paid for.

Automations you switch on act in your name: billing schedules with auto-issue issue and email invoices to your customers on the dates you set, payment reminders email your customers on the days you choose, and connected AI assistants act within the permissions you grant on the consent screen. You are responsible for the settings you choose and for the documents issued under them, and you can switch each automation off at any time.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate registration and company details, and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by team members and integrations you authorise.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@invoa.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans, trials, fees and payment

The Free plan has no charge and is limited each month to the number of invoices (including credit, debit and refund notes) shown on the pricing page; quotations, proformas, delivery orders and receipts are not limited. New accounts may start a 14-day Pro trial without a payment card; when the trial ends the account returns to Free limits unless you upgrade.

Paid plans (Core and Pro, monthly or annual) and one-off services such as Setup & e-Invoice onboarding are priced in Malaysian Ringgit as shown on the pricing page or in our quotation. Prices exclude any tax that applies; tax, if any, is shown on our invoice.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each monthly or annual period. We send you an invoice through Invoa, which you may pay online through CHIP (FPX, cards, DuitNow) or by bank transfer. A paid plan is activated once payment is confirmed.

Subscriptions renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time with Cancel renewal in Settings → Plan & billing, or by emailing hello@invoa.io; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

If an invoice remains unpaid 14 days after its due date we may move the account to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted because of non-payment.

We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes for an existing subscription; the new price applies from your next renewal.

5. e-Invoicing and the intermediary role

Where you appoint Prigo X as your intermediary on the LHDN MyInvois portal, you authorise us to submit, retrieve and cancel e-invoices on your behalf through Invoa, within the permissions you grant on the portal. You may revoke the appointment on the portal at any time.

You remain the issuer of your e-invoices and are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information in them (including your and your buyers' TIN, registration and tax details), for deciding when a document must be issued, and for your obligations under Malaysian tax law. Invoa validates common errors but does not provide tax advice.

e-Invoice validation, rejection and cancellation are decided by LHDN. We are not responsible for MyInvois outages, rule changes or decisions by LHDN, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep Invoa aligned with the published MyInvois specifications.

6. Payments your customers make to you

Invoa's hosted pages let your customers pay you online through CHIP or tell you they have paid by bank transfer. For those payments you are the seller and merchant of record: the contract, the goods or services, refunds and disputes are between you and your customer. Prigo X is not a party to them.

Online payments are processed by CHIP under CHIP's own terms. Invoa does not store card details. Bank transfer claims are only marked as paid when you confirm them.

7. AI assistants and integrations

If you connect Invoa to an AI assistant (for example Claude) or another application, you authorise that application to act within the permissions you grant. Issuing, submitting to LHDN and voiding documents requested by an AI assistant require your approval in Invoa, unless you set an auto-approve limit for issuing. Sending documents and recording payments happen when you ask the assistant. You are responsible for what you ask for and what you approve.

Data you send to a third-party application is handled under that provider's terms and privacy policy.

8. Your data

You own the data you put into Invoa, including your customers' details and your documents. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit and display it to provide the service, including submitting e-invoices to LHDN when you instruct us to.

You confirm that you have the right to give us personal data about your customers and staff, and that you have given any notices required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time from Settings. After an account is closed we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except issued documents, payment records and e-invoice records, which we retain for 7 years to meet Malaysian record-keeping requirements unless you ask us to hand them over to you.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use Invoa to:

  • issue false, misleading or fraudulent documents or e-invoices, or evade tax;
  • collect payments for illegal goods or services, or in breach of CHIP's terms;
  • send spam or unlawful communications to people who have not dealt with you;
  • probe, overload or interfere with the service, or access other subscribers' data;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties except as permitted by our partner programme.

We may suspend access that breaches this section or puts the service, other subscribers or LHDN submissions at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

10. Availability and support

We aim to keep Invoa available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside Malaysian business hours where possible. Support is by email at hello@invoa.io on Malaysian working days.

11. Intellectual property

Invoa, its software, design, templates and brand belong to Prigo X. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Documents you create with Invoa's templates are yours to use for your business.

12. Partner and referral programme

Commissions and referral rewards are governed by the programme rules published on the Partners page in addition to these terms.

13. Warranties and liability

Invoa is provided with reasonable skill and care, but otherwise "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data, or penalties imposed on you by any authority arising from information you supplied. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Invoa and close your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms. If we end it without cause we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the app; continuing to use Invoa after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over disputes. We will always try to resolve a complaint with you directly first.
