Invoa is live at app.invoa.io. It is the software we wanted when we started invoicing clients at Prigo X: one place where a quotation becomes an invoice, the invoice gets paid, the receipt issues itself and the e-invoice goes to LHDN without anyone copying numbers between systems.
What it does
- Quotations and proposals. Write the quotation, attach a proposal if the deal needs one, and send a link. The customer accepts online. Expired and lost quotations are tracked, not forgotten.
- Invoices, proformas and delivery orders. Convert an accepted quotation in one click. Numbering continues from wherever you were before.
- Getting paid. Every invoice has a hosted pay page: FPX, cards, e-wallets and DuitNow through CHIP, or a plain bank transfer with a claim the customer fills in. Money goes to your own CHIP merchant account; Invoa takes no share.
- Receipts and reminders. A payment records a receipt and emails it. Overdue invoices get reminders on a schedule you set.
- LHDN MyInvois e-invoicing. Built in on every plan, including Free. Prigo X Technologies is the appointed intermediary; your company stays the supplier on every e-invoice, and the validated QR code prints on the PDF.
- Around the sales chain. Supplier bills read by AI into expenses, bank statements imported and reconciled, profit and loss, cash flow, aged receivables and SST reports, and journal exports for SQL Account, AutoCount and Xero.
- Claude and ChatGPT. Connect either and ask for a quotation in plain language. Nothing is issued, sent or submitted to LHDN without your approval inside Invoa.

Who made it
Invoa is built and run by Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in Cyberjaya, a Malaysia Digital status company. We moved our own quotations, invoices and receipts onto Invoa in October 2026 and submitted our first e-invoices through it as an intermediary. If something is annoying, we feel it first.
What is next
The next few months are about depth rather than breadth: Bahasa Malaysia throughout the app, more import paths for businesses leaving other software, and whatever the first few hundred customers ask for most. Follow the changelog here, or write to hello@invoa.io.
